EVENT CALENDAR

Our main purpose is to have fun riding, but safety comes first and foremost. Please read our Chapter Road Rules before riding with us.

We generally have over 40 rides per year, plus events like the ice cream social, holiday party, and more. Be sure to check out the calendar for the latest events. The directions to meeting places are below.

Remember the official “end of the ride” policy for both day and overnight rides. Day rides officially end when the group hits the Orange County line. Please do not split from the group until we’ve entered Orange County. Overnight rides officially end at the final gas/good-bye stop.

OCHOG Ride Codes
M = MEMBERS – for OCHOG chapter members and member may bring a guest on member’s bike
C = CLOSED – for OCHOG chapter members and member may invite 1 guest riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle
O = OPEN – for OCHOG chapter members, National HOG members, and other guests
I = INFORMATION ONLY – Information Only

Diamond Designations
Prior riding mileage (experience) for each diamond designation:

♦ 1,000 Miles Ridden
♦♦ 5,000 Miles Ridden
♦♦♦ & ♦♦♦♦ 10,000 Plus Miles Ridden
You are the best judge of your riding abilities (on the bike currently being ridden)

Diamond Route Characteristics

♦ Minimal freeway riding, city streets and short segments of modestly twisty roads.
♦♦ Some freeway riding (at freeway speeds) and twisty back roads.
♦♦♦ Moderate distances on freeways (at freeway speeds) and lengthy segments of significantly twisty back roads.
♦♦♦♦ Significant distances (up to 500 miles per day) on freeways and extremely twisty, steep and mountainous roads.
